Basement Finish Specialists, LLC was established by Mark McGowan in 1994 and has designed and constructed over 300 basements since that time. Located in Aurora, Colorado, Basement Finish Specialists is proud to serve the south metro area including South Aurora, Centennial, Parker, Greenwood Village, Castle Rock, Foxfield, Littleton and Highlands Ranch.
We are licensed and insured and offer a one year warranty on materials and workmanship. Most of our full basement jobs take about 6-8 weeks to complete. We are flexible in design changes and try to work through them in a timely manner. We provide lien releases for all of our sub contractors.
